1830s
I was really inspired by watching the mini series Wives and Daughters. Between the TV 1830's pattern and this museum website (http://tidenstoej.natmus.dk/periode1/dragt.asp?ID=10), I had the pattern I wanted.
I started with a corded petticoat, which I made with helpful instructions from many of you followers here. Yarn is inside each row and I starched the life out of it.
